Holidays Past in the Present
Travel back in time when you visit the exhibit of themed trees, Santas, and sparkling lights at the History Center, 801 E. Cedar St. open Fri. 10-2; Sat. 1 – 4; Sun. 1-4; and Mon. 10-2. Holidays Past will bring back memories of this happy season.

The trees will delight you with their special decorations. View a tree loaded with seashells; a special Santa display; and Tex-Mex decorations that cover the branches of one tree. Artifacts will remind you of your grandparents' holiday decorations.

Select unique gifts from the shop at the History Center or online. Books on local history abound. Watercolor paintings of historic landmarks and original note cards are there for you to choose from.

The History Center for Aransas County showcases local heritage. Outdoor and indoor exhibits tell the stories of the real people of Aransas County. The Center provides space for displays, workshops, meetings and gatherings.
